- extracted ResponseWriter from proxyConnection
 - added bastion tests over websocket
 - removed HTTPResp()
 - added some docstrings
 - Renamed some ingress clients as proxies
 - renamed instances of client to proxy in connection and origin
 - Stream no longer takes a context and logger.Service
